thinking about the ellections
Nov. 7th, 2006 11:35 pmSometimes I really wish...
That instead of wasting time on name recognition campains the libertarian party would spend it's campain money on moving all the libertarians to the same place. I mean in some ways that has sorta happened in that GA has a Libertarian vote of 6% in almost every county. It's just kinda annoying that 6% spread out through every county in GA isn't much. But you take the 5,515 voters from cobb county, 3,608 voters from dekalb, 5,503 from Gwinnett that went Libertarian (just to name a few of the counties and have those people movie to less populated counties... for instance 100% of the Oconee county vote is in and only 10,565 votes were cast total... and to beat perdue in that county Hayes would have only had to have 7,333 votes that still leaves 7293 votes to play with from just the 3 county total I named before. hell in some of these GA counties... Like Stewert county GA ONLY 987 votes cast TOTAL! or Rabun county there were only 1313 or Pulaski county total there were only 2307.
Okay I'm digging my pint into the ground...And these are gubaqntorial numbers so they are not even as impressive as it could be running house and senete ellections with that kinda set up.
This way people would feel the presence... You'd have reps in places. You'd start getting noticed.
Am I absolutly out of my mind?
