book reviews and the like

I have just started listening to A new book by Bill Bryson... yes I am quite fond of his work. It's called Shakespeare: World as Stage I have always felt somewhat foolish in that I am such a fan of his works but I always seem to misspell his name... well it turns out of the 6 signatures that remain that he wrote himself... Not a one are spelled the same and none of them are spelled as we write his name today. needless to say I am enjoying this book, and already have at least one probably two people in mind that simply must receive a copy.

I am still reading Happiness: A guide to developing life's most important skill I am liking it, and I really like the fact that it has meditation and thought exercises throughout the book, though I am finding a few of the concepts quite difficult to... well conceptualize.

I posted my roommate ad on craigslist, myspace, and GothicPersonals I haven't received any responses. I had sort of expected something from craigslist, but now that I've seen the sheer volume of ads that go up in one day... I think my ad is like two pages in already... I guess that was a lot to expect. But it's better than receiving tons of hate mail or jokes or whatever. And it is interesting to note that my ad isn't the strangest by far...

Well I should go get an hour or so of cleaning in before bed, and maybe put together my lunch.
