Sad news

I found out this morning that another of the people I spent the majority of my childhood with died recently. Again we didn't find out until well after the funeral. Apparently dad found out second hand from a mutual friend...

It feels strange... it's not exactly like I'm close with them anymore... well I mean before they died... It had been years since I had seen her... But... I dunno How am I supposed to feel right now?

I mean I spent so much time at their house. after school... when my parents were out of town... and just because...

They had peacocks, chickens, dear (that they nursed back to health after a hunter had shot them), a gazillion cats, cows, and pigs and so many other animals.

They had this giant spring strung between two trees so the cows could scratch on it... they used to let me go climb up on it and bounce.

She had this great cockerspanile... damn it's so fuzzy I can't remember the dogs name... oh yeah.. Yantzi.. or well that's the best spelling I could come up with.

Thanks hun. I am doing well, mainly it was just this morning right after my dad told me that I got down about it. I felt better after posting... Just needed to say it ya know...
