cold

My house is really cold. I think the thermostat is broken. I'm wearing a hat, heavy coat, long sleeve shirt, heavy hemp cargo pants, my flannel pj pants, thick socks, bra and undies, and shoes... and I'm still cold.

I wonder if I went and bought a new thermostat if I could put it in myself?

I think this might be part of my hibernation problems. It's so freakin cold in this house all the time. I always have several layers of clothes on, and I always want to be in bed under the three or four blankets I normally sleep under.

I tried to figure out how to turn the fire place on today, but I've got no clue. I'm afraid to fiddle with it too much due to the whole blowing yourself up issue that can happen with gas fire places.
