CSR woes

Okay So here's the deal. I just bought $200+ equipment online. I probably shouldn't have but I have. The thing is that the price looked wrong to me. So I was confused and decided to use the CHAT CSR, because I know tempers can flare and CSR is a tough job and My guess is that its easier to deal with via chat than on the phone. Not to mention my terrible idiotic fear of calling people I don't know.

Now things started out well or not really they started out normally. But the girl that was helping me really annoyed me. She just didn't want to take the time to explain things properly and kept getting frustrated and just telling me to call CSR.

I DON"T WANT to call CSR thats why I'm talking with her!

Ends up that going over everything again I realized what my mistake was, but I am still annoyed that she wouldn't take the time to explain it properly. I don't understand why people wont just explain stuff. I mean why would I use the chat if I wanted to friggin call CSR.

Well Now I'm feeling silly because I am both still annoyed at her for not even trying, and annoyed at myself that I was overlooking something stupid. BUT I never said it wasn't my fault. I just couldn't see where the problem was.

I'm not going to make a complaint now. because I see that she was telling me correctly just not taking the time to explain it. But I do feel kinda bad because I ended the convo rather rudely. Though I'm Icily polite, and actually ended with something along the lines of "Thank you, good day." And I'm sure that looses a bit in the translation. Which is half the reason I used chat in the first place.

*sigh and feels a bit of a twit* I just noticed where first thing she did tell me the tent was discounted with the 23 from 114.93 to 91.93, but I wasn't seeing the numbers because it wasn't supposed to be on the tent, the discount was supposed to be on the pack. But I did tell her I was confused. Oh well apparently this is the weekend for me to act like a twit.

me: but I was expecting 23+28.20 I don't really care about the dividend on this sale I was expecting it to be discounted $50
Maria M: 20% off $109 would not be $50.
me: no it would be $23
