D*con wrap up

transpaoSo *con was great. There were a few unhappinesses but it was by far a minimum and pretty darn drama free!
I roomed with with my friend Renee and my new friend Michael. It was very awesome to meet Michael and I'm so happy he turned out to be really really amazing. It could have been a big mess but it wasn't.
I dressed up in my Susan costume on Sat. Only one couple recognised me which made me kind of sad. But on Sunday I dressed up as a Zombie and I got stopped a couple of times for pictures and got lots of compliments. Crazy how a costume I spent a lot of time and effort on got hardly any recognition while a costume I spent like maybe an hour on was so well recieved. Go fig!
I saw Voltaire, egolikeness, and The Cruxshadows. The Voltaire show was a treat as always. He's such a fantastic showman. I was rather disappointed with the CxS show, but I sat behind the speakers and almost all I could hear was revirb from the violins The sound system was much better for EgoLikeness.
Missed several of the panels I wanted to see, but I did get a chance to make a few and saw the finals of the robot battles so that made it really cool.
I didn't drink anywhere near as much as I planned, but I rarely ever do. It's so hard to force myself to consume alcohol even when I want too.
I'm having a lot of issues with joint pain. Its sort of strange because we think it's OA but it doesn't respond well to heat. and Most OA I've heard of likes heat and doesn't like cold. I'm opposite. if I get to hot my hands and feet swell more and feel all inflamed and hurt.
