LOL at the party invite.

transpaoSo My social calendar has suddenly begun to fill up dramatically.
I went on a really fun date last night with Jeff. Turns out we kinda know each other through friends and LARPs. He was a lot of fun to be around. We ended up hanging out until the wee hours... um I think I got home at 4:15 or so... So glad I didn't need to work today, and I felt aweful that he did have too, but he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. and if I'm honest with myself he could have chosen to leave in time to get to bed so I can't claim all the responsibility. He invited me out to the high sometime after work this week, which would be awesome. And he also invited me to the Ren fair next weekend. I'm a little blown away by all the invites and trying to at least maintain a moderate distance so as not to get too attached to quickly. I'll need to add some other folks into my calendar to avoid spending all my time with him right away.
I also just got invited to a Jew-b-que from Justin Curfman. Since I didn't know the slang I was a little worried we were talking about some sort of strange and frightening holocaust reenactment, but instead it turns out that it's just a term for a bar-b-que with cheap eats and a request to bring soemthing or cash. LOL It sounds like a lot of fun and I send Justin a reply letting him know I'd love to attend on the 16th. Anyone want to go to Justin's party with me? Hes really cool has an amazing Goth band that I LOVE.
My brother is at the Sheriffs Dept. right now picking up my tiller. Woot! He got frustrated with me because I called at 2pm and he was all half asleep when I asked if I could borrow his truck. Well he said he was gunna go back to sleep and so i figured I'd have a bit to fix myself lunch... well he called me at 3 grumpy that I hadn't already headed out to meet him and just said he'd go ahead an pick it up for me. So I called the Sheriff dept to let them know who was picking it up, and they said they would get the paperwork ready. So now all I have to do is figure out how to get the darn thing working again. Although after using the small Kamatsu tiler at work I SOOO want a little one that doesn't shake me half to death and try to run off without me every time I use it. I need the big one to break new ground but once it's broken I really only need a small one. And "my" big one is in fact my brothers anyway. I just had a friend help me pick it up one day but he had to leave before I could take it back. So it's sorta just stayed with me. I also need to figure out a way to put a lock on my shed.
I need to get some of the plants I bought last week in the ground the poor things are looking pretty haggard even though I healed them into the soil to keep them a bit more moist... It's just been to hot for them and they need to be in the ground. the only reason I' hesitating is that I burnt the crap out of my finger the other day and the blister busted and I'm trying to keep yuck out of it. but I do have a band aid on it so I dunno maybe in a bit I'll go out there and work. I've also been putting it off because I can't afford to re-injure myself, I only have a few days of vacation time left.
