Okay so I found this nifty idea in my favoret book, about making furniture out of newspaper. basicly it's just taking walpaper paste and newspaper and mixing the two and folding the newspaper into strips and allowing it to dry.

Now I'm onto the second part. It says you can nail them together but I was thinking of using glue, but I dunno what kinda glue to use. I am going to try to make a small shelf so i want glue that will stand up to the weight.

any ideas?

Try WeldBond or Liquid Nails. Both available at Home Depot. i'd recommend reinforcing them with something, perhaps metal or use screws.
