I can see how not wanting can lead to contentment... I mean isn't that what contentment is... not wanting? But the question I'd very much like to ask Buddha is how do you make yourself NOT want.
I mean once you have the idea in your head of something that seems "better" how then do you NOT want it?
I mean I don't like worrying...
I don't enjoy frustration...
I don't like being confused...
I don't enjoy longing...
But how is it that you stop... the only things I can think of is to stop caring or stop living and neither sound like the optimum plan for betterment...
