so I've been in a panic attack for the past two hours straight. Don't know the cause, although I'm sure it has to do with my getting drunk last night. I had an aweful hang over this morning. only had three smernoff ice it really shouldn't have been as bad as it was. no my heart rate is at 125 beats a minute and I can't get it to slow down. I'm not real sure what to do at this point...

I ended up telling my dad and he got me some meds that helped, But I apriciate the comments. May I aks who you are?
